To View Scheduled Sessions
Option 1: Contact your Tutoring Specialist or Student Success Manager
Option 2: Self-service schedule view
- Click here to access our online scheduling system
- Click the “My Info” tab to login
- If you have already set up an online account under the student’s name, enter your username and password to login. Otherwise, follow the steps below to set up a new online account.
- Under “New to our site?” enter the student’s first and last name, then click Next.
- Enter the requested information to verify the student’s identity. By default, the parent email address is listed in the student’s profile.
- Create your login information and enter any other required profile information.
- Once logged in, click the “My Schedule” tab to view the schedule.
To Reschedule, Cancel, or Add a Session
Contact your Tutoring Specialist or Student Success Manager. The online scheduling system cannot be used to reschedule, cancel, or add a session.
